Apartments / Villas / Independent Homes purchased from an individual / through Builder or Developer, and ready to move in.

Rental Homes
Apartments / Villas / Independent Homes taken on Rental for a specific period of time and ready to move in. This scope is meant to understand on the present status of home or on any possibility of non conformities that may affect the liability on the tenants.

Common areas of Apartments / Villas
subject to concurrence from the respective Associations towards assessment on the sufficiency of all the systems and services provided in the common areas of Apartments / Villa projects, by Builder / Developer.

Commercial/Retail/Hospitality
Quality assurance of all other categories of buildings other than residential.
The scope of Inspection on the above services shall also be applicable for specific areas only, as required.
Re Inspection post rectification on the above services (wholly or part), shall be made applicable, if required.
Stage wise Inspection on all services (Architectural / Structural / Service aspects / Finishes etc.) involved during the entire construction of Villas / Individual Homes on a periodical basis. This would also include inputs on the optimum interior design options, if required.
