Has hands on experience on project planning, design validation and execution of small and large projects. With clear knowledge of rules and regulations of construction industry in kerala, he was responsible for liasioning with government bodies.
Harilal. V. S
Director(Technical) to the Organization, is a Chartered Engineer with over 26 plus years of experience.
After his initial experience as Engineer / Project Engineer with Organizations of civil engineering background, incl of Overseas projects, was part of Skyline Builders in the level of QA / QC head, and then into project management. He then joined Abad Builders to the level of General Manager (Technical), for about 11 years.
With the expertise in the level of providing technical solutions – in line with quality centric measures, regarding construction matters and rehabilitation issues, he has been instrumental in initiating quality norms and standard work practices in the Organizations he has been involved over his career.
Unnikrishnan. A
Director(Operations) to the Organisation, is an engineering graduate with over 23 plus years of experience.
After having started with his initial career in projects connected with Civil engineering background, as project engineer with Galfar India Ltd for their hotel projects (incl of Le Meridien, Kochi), joined Abad Builders and grown up to the level of General Manager (Operations), and was part of the group for about 15 years.
Has hands on experience in Management of projects ranging from small to large profiles, inclusive of validation of design aspects and all services involved within the project.
